Donnie plays Cat, an hitman-for-hire who regularly seeks solace with a radio talk show host on air. Listening over the airwaves is a cop played by Annie Wu who finds herself hopelessly enthralled by this mystery man, even while she is part of an investigation to solve the murders that he commits.
